If you need help with Nanoc, beyond what the documentation offers, you have several choices:

Discussion group

The Nanoc discussion group is a low-activity mailing list which is ideal for asking for assistance. I (Denis) am active on there, but other members of the community also help out.

Real-time chat

The Gitter channel is a place to get assistance and chat with people. The channel is not very active, so you might not get a response right away.

Paid support

Lastly, I (Denis) offer paid support for Nanoc. If you are interested, fill out the paid support request form. Filling out the form carries no commitment; it is just a conversation starter.
